 I'm so excited and proud of myself. I walked a couple laps on the walking path at the park near my home. It felt so wonderful to be out of doors and walking again. I used to do it fairly regularly after college, even in winter. Which is saying something since I lived in the midwest at the time. I really enjoy being outside just lately in my life I get bogged down in my home and stay there like a bump waiting for a log to smack it on the head. I enjoyed this morning so much that I'm doing it again tommorrow. hehehehe yippee!! 
The park near my house is quite lovely and peaceful in the morning. There is a little pond with some ducks and places to sit. There were a good number of people out there walking and running. There is a little playground area for the kids and a basketball court. There is also a swimming pool which was not in use at the time. I'm not sure when it is. I may end up there for more than just walking. 
So long for now. Food is calling my name as well as my exalted character that is desperately in need of some charms.
